Julian has been building in West Vancouver for over 20 years. In that time, he and his team have been privileged to build dozens of luxury custom homes.

Whether he is building a seaside escape in Dundarave or a complex clifftop home in Bayridge, Julian knows that each site represents its own challenges and creative opportunities to bring each project to life. Having built dozens of custom homes, Julian has a keen design edge and is always excited to apply his extensive knowledge of architectural finishes, structural details and understanding of the complexities of the tightly woven building process.

Raised in West Vancouver since the age of six, he has called the North Shore home for almost 40 years. After graduating from Hillside Secondary and obtaining a degree from the University of British Columbia, Julian knew that it was always his calling to build. He got into the business of luxury new home building fuelled by his passion for the building process of creating something spectacular from the ground up. From his early days working hands-on as a framer and interior finishing carpenter during his university years, he advanced his intimate knowledge of the process into a successful business of construction management and general contracting for new home building and large-scale renovations.

While raising three children with his wife in a J. Bannister-built home in West Vancouver, Julian understands how a family uses space and the importance of following sensibilities over fashionable trends. His team works closely with well-known architects and designers to make certain those special places so important to an individual or the entire family have been well planned and mindfully created with the utmost attention to detail and forethought.
